Is the New World Order a Conspiracy Theory?

The answer according to mainstream sources like Wikipedia is yes, and no.
Apparently there is a New World Order in politics, which is, according to Wikipedia:
…primarily associated with the ideological notion of world governance only in the sense of new collective efforts to identify, understand, or address global problems that go beyond the capacity of individual nation-states to solve.

…and there is a New World Order “conspiracy theory” which, according to Wikipedia:
…hypothesizes a secretly emerging totalitarian world government

The main differences then appear to be that one is collective “world governance”, while the other is a “world government”, and Wikipedia claims the “conspiracy theory” version is “secretly emerging”.
The Cambridge Dictionary defines governance as:
the way that organizations or countries are managed at the highest level, and the systems for doing this

…and defines government as:
the group of people who officially control a country

So “governance” is more of a concept and process, whereas “government” is the label for a group of people, and the dictionary appears to limit that to people running a country. Is it possible for a “government” to be a group of people who control something other than a country, say a region of multiple countries? According to the European Union website, yes it is. On the “Institutions and bodies profiles” page of the EU website, the function of The Council of the European Union, one of 76 institutions that make up the workings of the EU, is described like this (emphasis mine):

It seems clear that the EU considers itself a government, and has all the hallmarks of one. Seeing as Wikipedia explains “governance” like this:
A variety of entities (known generically as governing bodies) can govern. The most formal is a government, a body whose sole responsibility and authority is to make binding decisions in a given geopolitical system (such as a political entity) by establishing rules and guidelines.

…it would appear that government use governance. While this seems ridiculously obvious, and we can recognise that while not all instances of governance are government, all government is governance, this just demonstrates the alleged distinction being made between New World Order the politics edition, and New World Order the conspiracy theory edition, over the words governance and government is just semantic sleight-of-hand.
The main differences then, are the claims that the “conspiracy theory” flavour is “secretly emerging” and “totalitarian”.
For those people who haven’t yet recognised the totalitarianism of the last 3 years, perhaps they never will. Or maybe they simply accepted it, even supported it. After all, in every instance of a totalitarian regime in history, it got a foothold because normal, everyday people accepted and supported it, either because they failed to recognise it for what it was, or they didn’t care and were fine with it.
What about “secretly emerging”? It’s hardly secret, and I doubt one could find an instance of someone talking about the New World Order in a way that would be assigned the label “conspiracy theory” and describing it as “secretly emerging” in any way. In fact, the version described by this obviously disingenuous definition doesn’t exist, and serves only one purpose, which is to act as a strawman argument to be easily debunked. While people make statements (and they do) like “oh the World Economic Forum have a website, not a very good secret” thinking that somehow debunks the fact that the WEF is part of an overt global takeover of everything, this ridiculous attempt to divvy up the New World Order concept into two entirely separate versions so it can be simultaneously acknowledged to exist as real and dismissed as fantasy is literal doublethink.
So how about we set aside questionable definitions and see what actually gets said and done.
The phrase “New World Order” has been used by quite a few politicians over many years. It was connected with the formation of the League of Nations, the United Nations predecessor, and has been used by the likes of Henry Kissinger and notably several times by George H. W. Bush.
On the 11th September 1990 for example, which is a noteworthy date being 11 years to the day before the 9/11 World Trade Centre incident, Bush uses the phrase in a speech about the Persian Gulf crisis and the federal budget deficit. In the usual globalist style of never letting a good crisis go to waste, in a part of the speech about the objectives in the Persian Gulf, after explaining that the objectives are “defined and familiar” he says:
A new partnership of nations has begun, and we stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective—a new world order—can emerge: A new era—freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice and more secure in the quest for peace. An era in which the nations of the world, east and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony.

Perhaps he’d “like to teach the world to sing” while he’s at it? A few months later he gave the infamous “when we are successful—and we will be” speech, which you can see here:

It is quite clear then, that the UN is a big part of how this “New World Order” is to be implemented. But that’s ancient history, right? What about something more recent?
Well there is this…
Yes, that’s the World Government Summit replete with it’s verified, legitimate and authenticated account badge on YouTube, with a video titled “Are We Ready for a New World Order? | WGS2022” where they “share their views on a new world order” according to their own description text.
In more mindbending, gaslighting doublethink, YouTube helpfully supply “Context” which unironically informs the viewer that “The New World Order is a conspiracy theory which hypothesizes a secretly emerging totalitarian world government”. You literally could not make this up.
Check it out here, it’s still on YouTube as of the time of writing, despite them labelling it as a “conspiracy theory” because… well obviously it actually isn’t.
Why do we care?
Good question. Maybe the New World Order is as wonderful as Daddy Bush told us all it would be?
Obviously we’ve seen the UN tackle wars and security and so we don’t have any more of that to worry about… oh wait. Well what about famine? Surely that’s something they’ve easily eradicated with the trillions they get from the taxpayers of the world… oh, erm… Clean water though, that’s surely a given. After all this time and money the UN and Co have been working to make everything better with, clean water must be a staple everywh… no? Health though right, definitely everyone is healthier than they used to be? All cause-mortality up everywhere and constant “pandemics”? You know what? It seems like the UN and Co aren’t helping humanity at all, and under the guidance of the UN since the 1940s and the WEF since the 1970s and all the Foundations, NGOs and other multi-generational family dynasties and their ever-so-generous philanthropy, all with the stated intention of making everything better, the key metrics we’d generally judge “better” by, are all catastrophic.
But don’t worry guys, after decades of failure and contributing to all the things that make people’s lives worse, they have the solution and definitely will get it right this time.
In November 2022 the G20 met up in Bali, coincidentally known as “Islands of Gods”. The G20 is basically the 19 richest nations on Earth, as decided by their own measurement, plus the EU. Never mind that all these countries are in absurd, unpayable amounts of national debt. They’ve got a system whereby they get to decide they are the richest, and therefore the authority on how the world’s economy should run, and by extension, how you get to live your life. Never mind this is the equivalent of allowing Bernie Madoff to manage your life-savings, trust them, for reals this time.
As you can see, the G20 have discovered the three (of course) key issues they must address to deliver us to utopia…

How remarkably convenient and thoroughly unsurprising, even though none of the measures introduced off the back of the fraud “pandemic” actually helped anyone other than billionaires and megalomaniacs. There’s plenty more in this document that the G20 have basically decided for us all, but I am sure you get the idea already.
It doesn’t end there (surprise!) as by January 2023 the International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) convened in Switzerland to finalise their report regarding proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations. From 9th January to 13th January 2023 this confidential meeting discussed these amendments.

…where preparation/readiness is added, and the scope restriction of “public health risk” is removed and replaced with the much more open and ambiguous “all risks with a potential to impact public health”. The intent here is crystal clear. More money spent on the new global bio-security system in “preparation”, and the deliberately vague “potential” which allows the regulations to be applied whenever it is decided that not even a risk, but a “potential” risk is conjured up. Next is:
…where the “full respect for the dignity, humans rights and fundamental freedoms” are removed, and replaced with more political buzzwords like “equity” and “inclusivity” as if that even makes any sense.
Again there is plenty more in there, but the erasing of your dignity, rights and freedoms as barriers to the sweeping implementation of the bio-security State should be concerning enough.

Again, the architects of most aspects of life and society are demanding more “bold collective action” to address the “sheer number of ongoing crises” that they have created. The audacity of these psychopathic ideologues can never be overstated. We can only hope they eventually migrate to their “Global Collaboration Village” metaverse, stay there and leave us all alone.
We can safely say that all these “United” “World” organisations outwardly planning and publicising the next phase of their takeover of all the things can be reasonably described as their self-titled “New World Order”, and the only conspiracy theory connected with it is that these people are working towards the betterment of humanity.
It doesn’t really matter what it is called though, what matters is the policies and frameworks being assembled at the behest of people who want the very worst for us all.
